12-Year-Old Daughter of Rohit Pawar’s PA Found Dead in Baramati; Unbiased Probe Sought

A 12-year-old girl, Avani Ajit Dashavatare, daughter of NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar's personal assistant Ajit Dashavatare, was found dead near her residence in Maharashtra's Baramati area on Sunday morning.

What Happened

According to initial reports, Avani had gone missing on Saturday evening after an argument with her mother. Her family later filed a missing complaint when she did not return home. Her body was found near the family's residence the following morning.

Police Investigation

The police reached the spot and sent the girl's body to Baramati Government Medical College for post-mortem examination. While suicide is being considered as one possibility, officials have not ruled out other angles, including murder. CCTV footage is also being examined, and the post-mortem report is expected to help establish the cause and circumstances of death.

Rohit Pawar's Statement

Rohit Pawar visited the hospital and called for a thorough and unbiased investigation. He said the family deserves justice and urged the police to establish the truth without negligence. Pawar also said that any lapse in the handling of the case should be addressed and that the Deputy SP had been asked to oversee the investigation.
